BABSIM - An object-oriented software framework for microscopic simulation of freeway traffic

  • A wide variety of behavioural models exist in microscopic traffic simulation. Commercial programms often use closed-source policies and are confined to their respective simulation platforms. Open-source approaches mainly focus on distinctive, highly specialized traffic situations.
