Die F{\"a}higkeit eines Geb{\"a}udes, durch seine Beschaffenheit auf Feuchteeinfl{\"u}sse zu reagieren, wird maßgeblich bestimmt durch seine M{\"o}glichkeit, in der Geb{\"a}udeh{\"u}lle und der vorhandenen Einrichtung anfallende Feuchte zwischenzuspeichern und diese zeitversetzt wieder an die Umgebung abzugeben. Diese F{\"a}higkeit sorptiver Fl{\"a}chen zur Feuchtepufferung konnte bislang nur mit erheblichem Aufwand ermittelt werden.
